I’ve always been attracted to the color and odd shape of dragon fruit.

and who doesn’t want to add a little boost of vitamins to their cocktail, especially around the holidays?! Muddle the dragon fruit, lime and agave in a cocktail shaker.

I mixed this unique fruit with rum, lime, ginger beer, and a little agave to sweeten. Add ice and rum and shake vigorously to combine all of the ingredients.
